För hon sa att allt var lönlöst. Men jag tyckte hon sa lönnlöv.

Spent some time today scouting for pretty scenery at the University (and turned in my home exam, yay!), it's been buggin me all week that I haven't had time to photograph the trees. Of course all those vivid colors were gone by the time I got there, but I managed to find some leaves that were still actually attached to the tree. Then I met up with darling Fanny for a two hour walk. Lovely.

Yesterday Kristofer and I took a long walk through the park, along the docks and then back up again through the cemetary and the weird part of town we never go to. It was a real pretty fall night with fog and everything else you could ask for (hot coffee, a soft warm hand to hold). Made me think of the opening scene of the children's movie Mio my Mio.

This is what I looked like last year in October. So except from having long platinum white hair, everything is pretty much the same.

Gaww, I want to experiment with expired polarids (click the pics). But instead I'll try to push myself into finishing my home exam today. I think I'm gonna bring my pocket camera to the University today, try to capture those vivid colored leaves before they all fall off. Stockholm Univeristy is actually kinda pretty in the fall, if you look closely.

I'm having a mild anxiety attack because there's something wrong with my lap top (and I can't edit my photo's without it, so I might as well die now). I'm gonna to try to get it fixed during the day, but first: more home exam. Yay.

Oh, and click the pic to get the source.

Stockholm one real early October morning in 2008.

Oh my gosh. I can't tell you how much I blushed when I saw this. I'm just like "what, me?". Thank you so much, you are lovely.

It's funny that music should be mentioned today, because I've been sitting at the University library all day thinking about a playlist I wanted to make for you all. Music is, next to photography (first) and literature (second) the most important thing in my life, and everything I make is colored by it. In an extreme way (I don't even want to think of all the song quotes I've sent to friends late at night going "This says exactly what I want to tell you right now!"). Anyway, here is the playlist. It's called Sånger från förra hösten (Songs from last fall) and consists of some of the songs that meant alot to me last fall, and still does. Songs I listened to all the time, that makes me nostalgic every time I hear them. I hope you'll like it.

Now, have a good night and drink lots of beer, people.♥

Wednesday, October 21

I tried to document all of yesterday, to get some inspiration. Fortunately it was a really really good day full of books, good food, my friend Anders and his lovely girldfriend Hanna and an awesome butterflies-in-the-stomach-dinner-date with my darling.

I've been a little distant for a while, I haven't really felt inspired. So today I'm going to see everything through my camera lens, see if it helps.
